Coloured modeling clay is a reliable and economical oil based modelling material with a variety of creative uses. It is extremely pliable which makes it a mainstay for 3-D animators, mould-makers and school children. Colours can be mixed to produce new hues. Non-drying and non-toxic.

Coloured Modeling Clay is a forgiving and exciting material to work with as it is an oil base clay that never dries out.

Did you know that you could make a picture with coloured modeling clay? Get a piece of heavy duty paper (like bristol board) or cardboard, sketch out a “scene” that you would like to create. Choose your colours and off you go! Try to keep your clay thin so that you can build layer on layer and add many wonderful textures. You can find lots of things around the house to help you. Example: press different materials into the clay for different textures, use a toothpick to “draw” lines, plastic cutlery, some scissors but most important your creativity and imagination! Don’t worry if you change your mind - this clay will not dry out so you can take your clay off your board and start all over again!

Modeling clay is available in 16 different colours. To make your colour selection click the drop down box marked “Clay Colours”, highlight your choice and the colour will appear on the right side of the box.
