ORDER FILLING

We endeavour to maintain stock on all our popular items and are working constantly to keep our website current. Most in-stock orders can be filled and shipped within 2 - 3 business days upon order confirmation. Special orders may take longer.

BACK ORDERS / SUBSTITUTIONS

We at Wyndham Art Supplies Online cannot guarantee the availability of the products shown on the site. If we are out-of-stock on a product needed to complete an order the customer may choose to receive a partial delivery or wait for the complete order to be filled. If the customer chooses to take delivery of a partial order and the remaining back order is under a retail value of $25.00 the back order will be cancelled. If the remaining back order is over $25.00 there will be no additional delivery charge, with the exception of bulky/heavy items, to the customer when the product arrives. Substitutes will be suggested if possible. Should the customer choose to take delivery of a partial order, only the items shipped will be charged to the customer at that time. The remaining items will be charged when they are delivered. Wyndham Art Supplies Online and/or Wyndham Art Supplies will not be held responsible for any and all damages the customer may incur due to backorders.

TAXES

Taxes are not charged on American and International orders. However, duties and other applicable fees become the responsibility of the customer. All Canadian orders will be charged GST (7%). Residents of Ontario are required to pay PST (8%) in addition to the GST. There will be no PST charged on books. Orders being sent to Newfoundland, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia will be charged HST (15%) on their orders excluding books, which will have a charge of only 7%.

PST EXEMPT

Customers that have a PST Exempt status may apply for exemption by emailing or faxing their Ontario Retail Sales Tax Exemption Certificate to us with all business information, including your number and business information. If you require a form to be sent to you, simply phone us at 1-800-560-1970 or email webmaster@wyndhamartsupplies.com. Once we have received your completed form we will apply your PST Exempt status to all applicable orders.

SHIPPING

Due to the vast array of product sizes and weights in the fine art industry our shipping charges are calculated on each individual order. When an order is placed with Wyndham Art Supplies Online, the products are collected, weight and size are calculated and the customer is emailed back a complete invoice with all charges applied. Nothing is applied to a credit card or shipped until the customer confirms and agrees (usually by reply email) to the final charges.
For any product delivered outside of Canada, the customer will be responsible for any clearance charges and other inherent fees incurred.

BILLING

All prices on our website are stated in Canadian dollars. If you are a customer from the United States, all costs will be quoted in Canadian currency and your credit card company will do the conversion at the exchange rate on the day of charge.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for on-line orders. If you do not wish to transmit your card number and expiration date on our website you may fax in a copy of a completed order form to us at (519)767-1471. You can also phone us at (519)767-1317 or toll free at 1-800-560-1970 with your payment information.
Please note that email is not a secure form of communication, so do not email credit card or sensitive information to anyone.
We are unable to process any C.O.D. orders but will accept a Money Order and ship the order when the M.O. arrives.
All orders must meet a $25.00 minimum, before taxes, shipping and handling charges.

CANCELLATION

In order to cancel an order placed through Wyndham Art Supplies Online the customer may reply to the final invoice with a cancellation comment. As it is our policy to process all orders as quickly as possible if the reply is confirmed, the product may be shipped before further cancellation is possible.

RETURNS

We at Wyndham Art Supplies Online want your experience with us to be pleasant and memorable. If you need to return or exchange any of your purchases we will gladly do so for up to 30 days from date of purchase. Sorry, we do not offer refunds. We will issue a store credit note for the full price of the product or give you an exchange. All items being returned must be in their original condition and packaging, with the sales receipt and in resalable condition. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We will waive the shipping and handling fees if the incorrect products were shipped or if they were found to be defective.
It should be noted that the following items cannot be returned: boards, paper (single sheet stock), aerosols, markers, pens, dry pigments and custom orders.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

We try our hardest - but nobody’s perfect! We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors. Please call or email us if something looks wrong.
We reserve the right to modify the price of products offered online at any time and without any further notice.

SECURITY

It is a priority at Wyndham Art Supplies Online to protect your order information. Your credit card will only be charged after your order has been picked, shipping has been calculated and you have confirmed your order.
When you place your credit card number onto the order screen it is sent over the internet using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which is the standard for encrypted commercial transactions. This encrypts (or puts into secret code) your information so that it cannot be read as it travels through the internet. It is then stored on a secure server that is protected by the latest security and firewall protection.
Upon confirmation of your order your credit card is processed using the same procedure that is employed in our retail store.
When you place an order with us or register as a member, you are given the choice to opt-in to an email announcement list. We use this list to periodically send out information about new products, specials, and discounts offered to our valued customers. You can opt in or out of this list at any time by logging in to your member account page and updating your account details.

PRIVACY

Our commitment is to protecting your privacy. Wyndham Art Supplies Online collects information through its site and uses this to process orders, enhance customers’ shopping experience and to communicate with our customers about products, services and promotions.
At no time do we sell, trade or rent out the confidential information that our customers have entrusted to us. Please be advised that we must cooperate should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.
As you browse through our site, our servers log your activity and your path and record each page viewed as well as other information. We collect this data, analyze it and use it to constantly improve our site. We do not use this information to identify or contact individual users, nor do we supply any data that could identify individual users to a third party.

COOKIES

Cookies are small files which are incorporated into customers’ hard disk from certain web pages contained in this Site. Cookies are harmless; they cannot extract any information from customers’ hard disk. Cookies are only used to personalize customers’ future use of the Site. This technology does not give Wyndham Art Supplies Online customers’ personal information. Please note that customers can change their computers’ configuration so that it won't accept any Cookies. But in our case, these cookies are essential to use the site.
