Shipping options appear at the final step of Checkout. You have three options:

1. Pick up your order up at our store in Guelph 

2. Choose Local Delivery ($8.00 - Guelph only)

or

3. Choose Regular Shipping out of town.  Standard shipping rates are determined by your location and the value of your order. 

Standard shipping rates quoted below do not apply in the following circumstances:

-If you are ordering from an area outside our shipping zones 

-Your order contains oversized items (such as easels, large panels, presses etc.) 

-The combined weight and dimensions of your order makes it oversized

-The delivery address is considered a remote location 

We will provide a custom shipping quote in these cases.

-Please note: we can only deliver to PO boxes through Canada Post and this may accrue additional shipping charges

-In the event that the shipping address you provide us in inaccurate or incomplete, your parcel may be returned to us and additional fees will apply.

-Occasionally carriers will leave a pick-up note for parcels that cannot (at their discretion) be left at your address.  It is your responsibility to retrieve these shipments. Any shipments that arrive at the requested destination that are refused or unclaimed from the designated pick-up location, will be returned to us and extra shipping fees will apply.

Shipments to destinations outside of Canada may incur additional fees such as duties and taxes.  We are not able to predict what these charges, if any, might be, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the receiver.

Flat Paper Shipping

It is our practice to carefully roll paper for safer shipping. If you would prefer to have your paper shipped flat, please include a Note on your order indicating that, and/or contact the store.

Flat-packing of paper orders will incur a minimum $10.00 additional handling fee to account for extra labour and material in packing. Larger sheets or quantities of paper may incur higher handling fees. There may also be ‘oversize’ fees charged by the courier, in addition to our regular shipping charges and the extra handling.
