SLOW DRYING GEL
Origin Acrylics slow-drying gel slows down the drying time of acrylic colours. Mixing a maximum of 20% retarder with the colours increases the drying time by around 50%, without altering the properties of the colours. An overdose of retarder will not have the effect of further delaying drying, but may lead to a deterioration in the paint's characteristics and a lack of drying (sticky surface)
MODELING PASTES
Modeling pastes are ready-to-use acrylic pastes to create reliefs and impastos, particularly for creating backgrounds. They are applied with a knife, and can be mixed with the wet color which they will slightly degrade. They keep the imprint of the tool, can be sculpted, painted, and sanded once dry. After drying, they perfectly retain their volume, remain opaque and do not crack.
Mixing the two modeling pastes gives an intermediate viscosity level.
MODELING PASTE
Opaque paste to create relief. Can be used alone or mixed with acrylic color. Retains its volume, does not crack when drying.
HEAVY MODELING PASTE
Heavy and thick opaque paste to create reliefs and impastos. It is more nervous than the Studio Green modeling paste. Can be used alone or mixed with acrylic color. Retains its volume, does not crack when drying.
TRANSPARENT FLUID MEDIUM
Non-yellowing medium to increase transparency and thin colours to achieve the desired viscosity without compromising the paint (unlike adding water).
An ideal mix for the pouring technique would be: 1 part medium / 1 part colour / 1.5 parts water, then set aside for 1 hour before pouring.
Translucent, satin finish. It can be used on dry colour as a satin topcoat
BINDEX 3IN1 ACRYLIC BINDER
Non-yellowing 3 in 1 binder for the preparation of acrylic colours (mixed with acrylic colours, giving them transparency and depth without compromising them), glazes, collages, inlays, image transfers, hardening paper objects , ... Translucent, satin matt finish. Fast drying, dilute with water.
