Use to create rough sand-paper-like grounds for dry media such as pastel, charcoal, graphite ect. May be tinted with liquid acrylics, best applied with a spreading tool like a palette knife. Milky when wet, dries translucent with some clarity. 100% acrylic polymer emulsion paint.
