This paper is popular in educational settings for it's value and durability. Available in two weights, Light (146gsm) and Heavy (228gsm) , it's a little thinner than professional watercolour papers, but a fraction of the cost.
Aquademic has an embossed texture similar to traditional Cold Pressed watercolour papers. Made in Germany.
