Talens Art Creation watercolour is a transparent paint that is applied thinned with water. The more water you use, the lighter the colour of the paint. As a result many transparent layers can be applied on top of one another.

Return Policy
We do not offer refunds, but you have 30 days to return unused items in original packaging with receipt for store credit or exchange. Some exceptions apply.  No returns on: aerosols, pigments, cut canvas, loose paper, pens + markers, custom orders, clearance items.
